Cozy nights.

Tonight is a cozy night.

I am preparing to bury myself under heavy quilts to keep warm on this 9 degree night. Minnesota never fails to force you to get cozy.

Harnar, Leslie and I had a lovely evening, filled with cornbread, chili, pomegranate, oranges, nuts, hot chocolate, crackers, port wine cheese, and incense (but we didn't eat the incense and candles, of course). We plugged in the Christmas tree lights, turned on some classic Nutcracker music, and sat down to a late night candlelight munchiefest.

And now, as I snuggle in, I can hear the two of them watching Home Alone out in the living room.

A perfect end to a cold, cold week.

Songs of the Night:
